Jubilaums Fest

As I just recovered from my flu, so we decided to help my aunt to look for her automatic watch.

Well, if you ask me, if you are those who like to wear the latest model, yes, you can consider buying one here. Or you can buy one where the design is only available here. Otherwise, get it in SG. It's cheaper. The most you can save is just a few bucks if the exchange rate in Swiss Francs is favourable.

The building opposite is Jemoli, the house of all brands, luxury brands actually. And it also houses Zara as well. The other brown building is C&A, one of the leading fashion retail companies in Europe, originated from Germany. It also happens to be Uncle Tan's favourite shopping outlet cos it's cheap and good and is conveniently located at his office...so you can imagine he comes back saying "I show you something" most of the time :) Like I've said, it's a shopping paradise for men here.

As we walked along Bahnhofstrasse, we saw some bustle going on along the other side of the street. It's check it out time :)

Apparently it's a mini fest only pertaining to shops along the street where they offer discounts only for that day. Shopping on Saturdays always has its surprises (minus the changing room crowds).

There were also street performances.

And of course, food.

They even have a mini piggy race too, for kids :)

Or pamper yourself to these treats. Wa that lady machiam like a queen...

I'm always attracted by these cute, furry animals. Don't you find their hairstyle cool?

Kids have a chance to decorate these 'baked' boots for free. So nice...

This guy makes plain boxes into a piece of art.

Live music.
And these 'birds' danced to the music too :)

Ooh...live models...

These rings are made from recycled beer cans. You can choose the cans and take your finger measurement and tada, the ring will be made in just a while.

3 Blue Men moving around.

Oh, if you happen to be at Bahnhofstrasse at around 3+pm, stick around cos you'll get to hear the chiming of a clock. Look at the anticipated crowd.

Part 1: Chiming of the clock

Part 2 & 3: Appearance of the figurines
