Seems that I have a bit of blog backlog to clear given that Aug was a busy month, the 2nd last month in Zurich.
2 weeks ago, we went to the Dörflifest which was held along Niederdorfstrasse in old town, Zurich. It was a 3-day multi-cultural festival with live bands, artistic performances as well as snacks and drinks by some of the bars and restaurants there. If you love night life, Niederdorfstrasse is the place to be given the numerous pubs, bars and restaurants here.
We didn't stay till the night for Uncle Tan was tired from his day trip to Chaserrugg. So we packed back some food and watch our J-Drama hehe ;p
Oh crepes! Ah Kin is drooling already...
Fortunately there are such festivals around throughout the year so I can satisfy my cravings.
We tabao the Thai fried noodles from this shop. Look at how slim the waists of these 2 Thais!
They were very friendly and gave us a bowlful of noodles which was almost spilling. So we had carboh-rich dinner - fried noodles and crepe. The noodles were a little too salty and a bit tough thou overall was considered tasty still.
The guy on the right sells some stuff fried with cheese which gave out a fragrant aroma. There was some spiciness in the aroma thou. We were quite tempted to try but decided to give it a miss for we know it's gonna be very jerlak after a few mouthfuls.
