Dinner @ Our Friendly Neighbours' Place

We had been invited by Noeline and Ernestto have dinner at their place on Tues before they move to their new place in June. Wow, look at the good spread which had much of my missed food - seafood :d Seems that they like spicy dishes :) But it was GOOD! The sambal chilli chicken had even attracted the flies and Uncle Tan had to demonstrate his fly-swapping skill during dinner time. He killed it and it was lying underneath the pile of newspaper which we thought we should makan first before removing the body :p
It was an enjoyable dinner and we had a fun time sharing stories on our fears - cockroaches, particularly the flying ones, lizards...and it seems that the wives like taking pictures/videos of their hubbies trying to kill or chase away these pests and always had a good laugh in the midst of these actions =D

We also had a chance to reminisce how we met our spouses and we discovered that Noeline and I both share the same 'dreams' of squeezing out the blackheads for our hubbies and curling their eyelashes hahahaha....that was funny and I'm beginning to wonder if most wives also share similar 'dreams' hehe ;p Ya, they are still very much considered a 'dream' which even birthday wishes do not have the power to make it come true......

We stayed till about 11+pm and we had to end the conversation as the guys have to work the following day. I guess the next gathering would be either the picnic which we wanted to organise together with our other neighbours, including our ex-neighbour with the cute little boy, or the housewarming at their new apt in Uster.
